Outdoing several hundred nominations from organisations across the Middle East and North Africa, the company was named winner in both the ‘Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service’, for the Ooredoo Oman App, and ‘Innovation in Technology Management, Planning & Implementation’ for digital transformation. The awards are the latest acknowledgment of Ooredoo’s efforts to transform Oman’s digital landscape, while providing its customers with the latest technologies to make their lives easier.
